So softball starts this week and I cant wait to start tryouts! It's going to be a while before I post because Im up to my eye balls in make up work from being sick and then softball starts. I havent been wearing good outfits lately either, and if i am im not taking pictures of them because i dont have the time! This blogging thing is a full time job and unfortunately i have so many other things on my plate! I cant wait until spring fashion though! I will get back to a daily post hopefully but until then, I love you all and hope things are well! Please keep reading!

The flu...

So since Sunday night I've had a bad cough and a terrible throat ache. I missed school today and had to go to the doctor which I am very upset about. They said I don't have strep throat but probably the flu. I wouldn't mind being sick, but the thing is, I've got softball tryouts next week. Plus, I'm not doing so well in my classes and missed days of school are just going to make it worse. Now i have to get all my make up work and might not qualify for exam exemption. Not a good day :(

Ebay put to use...

This is the sheer cardigan my uncle got me on ebay. I love it because it's  black and white and because of the scrunched sleeves, it just looks so different.

This is a drawing I did a while back but have not had the time to post yet. As you can tell, I am a little obsessed with over-sized clothing.
Ive noticed lately that this blog does not have a lot of writing entries in it and I want to change that. I love posting pictures and outfits but I think this blog might also be a good outlet for me to express my thoughts. It seems like everyone is getting a blog these days and I want to give a special shout out to my friend Brandon Edwards, and his blog, searchingforthelightswitch.blogspot.com. I like reading his blog because I know he is real and i think he is a great writer. Please check out his blog!
And for another note:
I have been contemplating ( i have no idea how to spell that word) what I think the summer trends will be. Last summer is was hippie, oversized things which I quiet liked. I always have trouble with summer fashion because I am 100%, a jeans and sweater girl. I love the warm weather and everything about summer but It's impossible to wear certain clothing in the heat. Of course cut-off shorts are a must- and bold jewelry and shoes make it easier. This summer i am going to focus on bright colors and a sort of rocker- bohemian edge. I know that Miley Cyrus isn't the greatest role model, in fact she's not even a role model at all. However I do love her style and I think she can take  any piece of clothing and make it look like her own. She uses a kind of distressed, rocker, un-put together look that I fell in love with this past summer. So what will you try to do different this summer? Think About it!
